«A Head Full of Music» is an attempt to give a close-up picture of a singer and the world which surrounds her. In this "small circle" which includes the manager, the artistic director, the impresario, and the orchestra depend on her and she on them - especially financially. They areiclosely linked in a battle for a place in the spotlights of the entertainment jungle. «A Head Full of Music» is an educational film in the sense that it tears down the mystique of the singing profession. It is a warning for all young men and women who, by identification with their «idol», want to try their chance and «make a career» of singing.
